I owe you so much more than detail and conscious thoughts
I owe you my love, again and again
Life confuses me so, so many days of complexity and discord
Then you, you come into my life and suddenly, there is harmony amidst the chaos
The melody arises, then comes to life
And awakens the soul, for so long asleep
I long to feel my head on your bosom, to feel your loving hands
Caress my hair and chest
To let me know that all is good, that I can rest
That my choices have been right, and righteous
That I have followed my heart, and it found you
That you found me, that we found us
That this love is blessed, destined to become, born and spring to life
As does the smallest acorn, manifest into a grand and great oak
So will our love grow, mature and endure
This greatness neither us shall it be denied my love
Please be patient with me, help me, and walk with me
To the forest, our forest that sadly awaits our arrival
You are my love, I am your strength
